Peyush Bansal thought there was technology needed in the company. He believes profit can be generated in two ways. One way is word of mouth and the other one is efficiency. Word of mouth comes from customer experience and efficiency comes from automation. Customer experience and automation both come from technology. He was interested in building the technology part of the business. That’s why he offered ₹75 Lakhs for 10%.
