Can you become a millionaire just by writing? Well, I can. My net worth is 7.3 million but how, and I’ll tell you how to achieve that. The title may sound clickbaity but hear me out.

So, what if you can do nothing but write? What will be your net worth, then? Do you have any idea?

Well, I have, I have an interesting calculation that might surprise you, and you may realize that you’re worth much more than you currently think you do.

For example, I can just demonstrate my scenario, and you can adjust the numbers as you want. Suppose I can write 1000 words per day. Well, don’t get scared. Let me tell you, 1000 words can be achieved very easily. I’ve written a detailed post where I’ve shown how you can write 1000 words daily. Check that out if you want.

But let’s get back to the scene, I can write 1000 words per day, and this is the minimum amount I can write. I can go higher. How high? High as 5000 words per day. It may sound crazy, but I can really write 5000 words per day if I have the correct working mindset that day. And soon I’ll answer my net worth is 7.3 million and how.

So, I can do this every day for the next 40 years. How many days are there in 40 years? Well, 40 * 365 is 14,600. So that means I can pull off 14,600 posts in my entire lifetime, without breaking a sweat, without any pressure.

Let me remind you that this is the minimum I can write.

So, if you go to UpWork or any other freelancer marketplace, you’ll see the market rate of 1000 words can differ from person to person. Someone can charge 10$ while someone is charging 100$. It also changes from niche to niche. For content that is easy to write may cost you less to produce, but for financial content, which requires a lot of research, may cost you more to produce.

But for the sake of argument, let’s take 20$ for 1000 words as average. Now, what is the market value of 14,600 content? It’s 14600 * 20 = 2,92,000$

So, my net worth is 2,92,000 over my lifetime if I can write 1 article every day for the next 40 years, right? It’s a quarter of a million dollars, and it sounds nice, right. Have you ever imagined that you can have products worth quarter of a million just by writing? It’s truly fascinating to think about.

You may think what will be the monetary benefit of having a website with 14600 contents. Well, my friend, you have no idea what a gold mine you’ll have if you have a website that big.

Do you know that most websites start making money as soon as they reach 10 quality blog posts? Well, Income School has made a video where they’ve shown the potential of a site making money depending on how many posts it has.

Income School has shown 3 scenarios, one website has posts, another website has 100 posts, another website has 500 posts. So, what are the earning potentials of those websites?

You’ll be amazed that the sites can earn a lot of money. So, just compare what a huge empire you’ll have when you have a collection of 14600 posts on 1 single website.

People often face sudden problems in their life. Like you need urgent money, maybe you want to help someone who’s been diagnosed with cancer. That time you can actually sell your website through a brokerage marketplace. Like Motion Invest, Empire Flippers, or FE International.

All this can happen without hiring anyone, without costing money (well, there are some costs behind domain and hosting and some other random things, but that is very negligible). This may sound too good to be true, but it’s true. All this can happen if you stay consistent and produce value for your readers. Then you can make a name for yourself out there, and the cash flow will let you live your life the way you want. You can actually escape this rat race while millions of others can’t.

But I still didn’t answer, My net worth is 7.3 million and how?

Now let me do the math again, and this time, I’m going to use my 100% potential. Suppose I’m writing 5000 words per day. This is the maximum I can write. So, in 40 years I will be able to write 40 * 365 * 5 = 73,000 posts. And as I’m a professional writer, for every 1000 words, I will charge 100$. Now, for 73,000 posts, my net worth is 73,000 * 100 = 7,300,000$.

So, basically, I’m worth 7.3 million.

Even though I have 10$ in my wallet, I’m actually worth 7.3 million over my lifetime. Let that sink in.

So, This is basically how I’m feeling good about myself right now. It can be possible if I stay consistent. I’ve recently read a book named “Atomic Habit” by James Clear, & it’s by far one of the best books I’ve read on building a habit. If you haven’t read it, I urge you to give it a read. This book should be read by everyone. Only then you’ll know how a habit forms, and how you can use cue, craving, response, and result to build a habit. How can you make your habit obvious, attractive, easy and satisfying?

But I’ll talk more about that in another post. I’ll do a Atomic Habit review, you can read it there.

Right now, let’s celebrate me being a millionaire (not really), and this will now motivate me to make more content, more engaging content, to be precise. When you see that your contents have value, you tend to make them more. Now you know my net worth is 7.3 million and how.

I want to be a better writer; that’s why I write every day. That’s why I read every day. The purpose of this article is to know your worth. You can do business all by yourself just by writing if you are well trained and consistent with it. Writing is one of the best powers to have, and if you can write, don’t let it go to waste.
