Which shark gave Birds of Paradyes an offer?

Peyush Bansal was the first one to provide an offer. He offered ₹65 Lakhs for 5% of the company.

Namita Thapar was out because she didn’t have any expertise in the hair color sector.

Vineeta Singh & Anupam Mittal gave them the combined offer of ₹65 Lakhs for 4% of the company. Cutting Peyush Bansal with just 1%.

Aman Gupta also gave an offer of ₹65 lakhs for 5% of the company.
The couple took some time to discuss and they provided a counteroffer of ₹65 Lakhs for 3% of the company. But here’s the catch, they wanted to make a deal with Vineeta Singh and Aman Gupta together.

But Vineeta was with Anupam. So, it was really critical for Vineeta to decide what to do.

While everyone was fighting over this deal, Peyush changed his offer and made it ₹65 Lakhs for 2% of the company.

I think at this point, sharks made the founders realize that every one of them wanted a piece of Paradyes and the ball was no longer in sharks’ court.

To make things worse, Peyush Bansal said he would do the deal for 1%. Just like the founders asked in the first place.

What deal did Birds of Paradyes get in Shark Tank India?

But the founders wanted Vineeta & Aman. That’s why they threw a counteroffer of ₹65 lakhs for 2% to specifically Vineeta & Aman. They agreed and made the deal.

Anupam Mittal wasn’t happy. But it is what is. Somedays you win a deal, somedays you lose.
